Otherwise, here are my stats. Was 226 and got to 185 and just lingered. Then I kicked it up like crazy and I got down to 145.

THEN, after slightly falling off the wagon and not working on myself, I'm ready to again. I hope to get into the 120s. (***update*** now I just want to get super toned and be super healthy. You only live once and I want to be really good to my body)

Training has picked up a bunch for me. I am not able to go outside and run as much, it feels too cold here now as well. My work gym is always there waiting for me though :-) I haven't been watching my diet as closely as I should be, but my cardio endurance feels good and getting better. I could also use some weight training, I've been slacking on that a bunch!

Thx for your comment! 18 holes of golf isn't much of a workout when you ride in a cart and are drinking those frosty adult beverages... but sure beats sitting indoors only moving my fingers on the computer all day!

Congrats on knocking those 2 pounds right out, and your new photo looks GREAT!!!

Continue the butt-kicking workouts! Amazing calories and inspiration for all of us!!! And you have plenty of that crazy self control with the diet too... on your way to the sub-150's in no time. Get the bike out for summer and keep working it in the gym Ashley!

Are you sure you don't want to try a sport just yet? It looks like your training has you ready for any number of them... you would be showing off skills by just how good your cardio is!

This is the first time I've posted on my own page, but I just really wanted to vent about the fact that we ONLY have 3 workout entry options. Today I walked on the treadmill at an incline for 45 minutes, cycled on the stationary bike for 10 minutes, ran for over 30 minutes, Did elliptical for another 35 minutes AND stregth trained for 45 minutes. So...then I have to go and figure how to input all that in ONLY 3 categories!!! boo....Okay, I feel better now... LOL

I think you caught them mid-design change on the traineo site! I see some layout changes here too and the most recent comments are at the top of the page. That's very cool! It also looks like they might be in the middle of changing the old way of "My Page" versus "My traineo home" to make it less confusing on us users!

Haha, you plan to be a hottie? You're already there if you ask me, lol. But damn, cardio every day? How'd you force yourself to do it? I do it 3 times a week now and I feel like I have to force myself. I suppose that if I did it every day, I'd see better results though. I'm also trying to get hot for the summer. Beach time :D

I just read your blog from beginning to end...do you realize what an inspiration you are? I love how positive you are, even with anything that happens in your daily life that might disrupt your (really vigorous! whoa!) gym schedule. I've got 15 or so pounds to lose, and I am FOR SURE going to be right along with you, working out like crazy.
